Basically, I am trying to figure out how exactly to search for this, both on lit and online in general, in the most exact possible terms.
It is bound to have at least some interest overlap with BDSM, there is a broad masochism/sadism element, but that still didn't exactly give me the right results, so far.
The general gist is the fantasy of getting beaten up. Not with the rules and the ceremony and mutual respect of BDSM, not with a clear sub/dom hierarchy, but more like a one-sided fight - the receiver remains mostly passive, while the other party just beats them up without holding back.
Just one person turning all of their rage against the other in a sort of "I'll crush you, and I'll make it count" way. It's also kinda important to see this is not about formalized torture, but more free-flowing. Like an "organically" occuring aggression.
Imagine a fight scene where a (anti-)hero finally gets to enact their revenge on the bad guy in the ultimate beat-down, and the bad guy is already incapable of defending himself, he just has to absorb punch after punch.
Literally you could insert this into any edgy action movie and few people would even realize there was something kinky going on at all.
I came across the term Rhabdophilia, but that seems to specifically refer to a BDSM practice involving whips and canes and such.
Tentatively, I would call it the "punching bag" kink?
Obviously, the absence of rules and respect would make this a strict fantasy kink, certainly legally speaking, not something to safely do irl (though I suppose you could have some watered-down version of it in the context of cnc type play).
