Help Me Find This Story: Nonconsent/Reluctance Themes, New Years Party

Old story I really used to like but can't find anymore from maybe 3-4 years ago.

Story centers around a New Year's Eve party. A girl (I think her name starts with a J, like Julie, but am not certain and could be wrong) goes to a house party with her boyfriend, who ends up allowing her to be free-used mildly against her will at said party. Perpetrators that come to mind, to name a few, are an older man with grey hair and an opportunistic neighbor. I know it's New Years themed because there's a piece of action with her boyfriend during the 3-2-1 countdown to the balldrop.

I believe there are three chapters; the first is the party, which has 3-5 pages, the next being a cab ride home with a handsy cabbie, and the last being her arrival home and have a step-father get punishy. I believe all three had some kinda Hardcore action. I've searched for a while, but can't find it. Am hoping this'll ring a bell for someone who knows what I'm talking about, or will be able to help me use proper search functions. Thanks for your help; it's been bugging me that I can't find this for a while.
