Help me find the story where the daughter of a village leader enjoys nudity in public.

I read it around 2 years ago. The story starts with a female doctor posted in a hospital at an Indian village. While she was looking after her patient (a man with political powers) a nude girl enters and asks how her father is. Except for the doctor nobody else is shocked to see the nude girl because they know who she is and who her father is. It’s a series. The doctor and the girl become besties in later parts, and both enjoys being the only ones naked in public places like restaurants, parks… etc.
