Trumpism does not grow well in Massachusetts soil. But, Massachusetts is not immune.
Yes, we have sensible Republicans sharing the state. We make sensible choices. Bi-partisan is not a swear word in this state. But, there are plenty of Trumpites tossing insults at Boston Democrats.
Before Trump stomped into the Oval office, he picked up bags of cash in Boston, and private residences in MA vacation spots.

While Elizabeth Warren was serving Massachusetts voters, Kingston was serving himself, and getting connected with MA Republicans

AMG is the organization headed by Sean Healey, husband of former Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey (She served Mitt Romney)
Healey retains his position as chief executive officer and chairman of the board. (But moves to Palm Beach- No income tax!
