Help! Man Gets Visited in his Sleep.

Hello everyone, this is my first time in the forums. About a year ago I read a story on this site and I would like to reread it but I am having trouble finding it. It was in the point of view of a female vampire who visits a young male human musician in his sleep. She feels this almost mystical connection to him, and by the end of the story it is revealed that her heart starts beating when she is around him. At the beginning of the story there is a male vampire who is somewhat aggressive and an antagonist. I recall that mid way through the story that the man plays a song at a coffee shop about being visited in his dreams by a woman, and she reveals herself. If I recall correctly it was written by a woman, and I think it might have been in about three chapters. I know I do not recall a lot of details, but hopefully someone knows the story. Thanks.
