Help! Looking for a story - EC/BDSM Catagories

Ok so I've been searching for days now and I cannot find a particular story which I seem to have forgotten to favourite!

I do believe the first chapter was in Erotic Coupling while the subsequent chapters were in BDSM. Wife is closet/unknown Sub, Husband is an ex Dom. Husband finds out she's been cheating on him to fullfill her Sub tendencies and sends her to his friends club for BDSM punishment...

If anyone has any ideas I would be very appreciative. It's to the point now where I NEED to know what the damn story is called, it's driving me nuts!
