Help - looking for a story about a landlord I think he’s russioan

Hello.
I am looking for a story I read a long time ago, it was about a young married couple who move into an apartment building.
The landlord is a hairy smelly ex-Olympian, the wife is disgusted by him but her husband says she needs to be nice as they can’t afford rent anywhere else.
He goes to fix something in their apartment and they go back to his apartment.
She sees photos of him when he’s young, they have sex, it’s amazing for her and they keep having sex and her husband catches them.

I absolutely loved this story but I can’t find it! Help me
