Hi! I've been trying to locate a fantasy based story where a goblin changes a warrior into a woman with an artifact and turns her into his slave. I believe there were a few chapters to it and the hero eventually goes home only for his wife to also be corrupted and a wizard friend of his helps the goblin. No matter how I look I can't seem to find it and am hoping it wasn't deleted!

Sounds like The Goblin's Pet by Aphrodite. Appears to have been deleted from LE (probably due to much of the prose being AI-generated), but it's still available elsewhere. The creator has just released an interactive fiction version as well, with illustrations and sound effects.
