Help in locating a vintage erotic novel

Any help is greatly appreciated in locating a vintage erotic novel.
If this is not the correct place to ask for help, any suggestions where to look or post inquiries are
greatly appreciated. I've looked all over the internet many times trying to
find this novel I read as a young adult.

It was probably printed in the 60s/70s.
The cover is in B&W and depicts naked men and woman in various intertwined positions.
I can only recall one of the stories well enough to help identify the novel
...a teacher visits a family for the evening and winds up having to
sleep over for some reason. With a spare bed in her student's room, she is offerd that
bed to sleep in. He(18+) is supposedly asleep
by the time she enters the bedroom. She quitely undresses with a sliver of light
coming in from the door behind her. He, however, is not asleep and with one eye slightly open,
has full views of her lovely silhouette figure and all of her beauty...
I think the story ended there.

It sounds like a book of short stories I read many years ago involving mostly voyeuristic opportunities focusing on nude girls unaware of being viewed. The name of the book was “Back Lit” and I have no clue who wrote it. I remember the stories were pretty tame and sort of the same theme over and over with only slightly different scenarios.
