Help for a writer

If a story has a prompt for the reader's name, how do I write the story so that the names are used? Is there something specific I have to type, which will be replaced by the selected names? I can't seem to find a help section on the site, so I thought I'd ask here.

You type {FIRST_NAME} or {LAST_NAME} where required.

Oh, Hey switch, glad to see your reply. It actually applies to you, because I added a thread to "My girlfriend and her friends" and did that incorrectly. I typed it up again and did it correctly, but you should probably get rid of the original one, cause it's a mistake. Sorry 'bout that.
