So I need help finding this story. The plot as I remember is this boy who starts off with a dream of building skyscrapers and works hard at it. He goes off to college and in one of his classes, he sees this really hot girl he likes. A person sits next to her and it turns out it's her roommate and tells the guy that he doesn't want to like her cause she's a slut and has had an std before. The story goes on and the slut girl gets a boyfriend. Turns out the boyfriends mom is the head of a scholarship thing at the college and the mc is poor and would like he scholarship opportunity. The head of it wants to fuck him in order to give it to him but at the last second he stops it from happening. The story follows their lives after college and the two couples remain close friends. They start wife sharing because the other couple not the mc husband had became a cripple and can't please his wife. The story ends with the guy competing his dream of building a skyscraper and shares the moment with his kids, wife and friends
