it's an incest story.
a young man and his mom had an encounter on a cold night. they where poor so the he had to wear underwear made of flower sacks. his dad had been sent to war, and was killed. the had another sexual encounter upstairs when she bent over the bed.
the most specific thing i remember is his dad going to war, and the flower sack underwear.
