Help finding bdsm story

I'm looking for help finding the name of a book I read a few years ago and can't remember the title. It started with the women leaving work (I believe at a bar/club) during a snowstorm. The man might work there or close by. They know each other and talk in the parking lot. Her car doesn't work so he gives her a ride, they can't get to her place and go back to his ranch and ride out the snowstorm. They go snowmobiling later and meet up with his friend or brother, whose a military vet and has a wife with a shaved head (their story was another book in the series, and they met as neighbors).

I know I read it in e-book format, probably 3-4 years ago. It was definitely an 18+ graphic book with BDSM elements. I can't remember the title or author for the life of me.
