help finding a story

I read a story a while back and have used the story search function and i still can't find it. i don't remember the name of it or who wrote it, but in the story a man is given one last chance to cum after his mistress injects his testicles with a chemical. if this sounds familiar to anyone and have any idea what the name is i would love to know. thanks!
