Help finding a story

[Bombadillo]

The story I am loooking for involves a young couple (newly married I think) who move into a new house / apartment in the first chapter.

The young wife then has sex with a host of partners including the removal men and the neighbours.

I know it is not much to go on but I thought I would try anyway
