I don't remember much about it.

Possible lifetime or hallmark movie...definitely made for tv

Mother either discovers or rediscovers her passion for music. In the end gets a record contract or big concert. Had a catchy pop tune. Family oriented and light movie. As far as I remember nobody hugely famous in it.

Possible 1990s or early 2000.
