Help finding a LW story, please?

I read a lengthy non-erotic story on Literotica in which the man's wife left him for his wealthy best friend (not 100% sure it was best friend). Although I cannot remember the reason, the wife's leaving was neither superficial nor was it intended to hurt her husband. Despite that, the effect was that the he was completely broken. He stopped taking care of himself, ended up jobless and eventually homeless forcing him to live on the streets. The ex-wife and friend never stop trying to find him and help him, but he intentionally eludes them. The husband also ended up in jail and, as he relayed to his wife who was able to track him down and meet him for coffee, had been raped by other inmates.

I'd really like to read it again. Anyone who can help me find it will have my eternal gratitude.

I remember the story and the author (drawing a blank right now), but I do know he pulled all of his stories. He was one of those authors that wrote good, but long and complicated stories.

It might be something by Matt Moreau. He had over 100 stories, mostly in LW.
My first guess would be "Best Friends Forever", but I am not going to read through 100k+ words to verify if it matches all the clues.
