I read this story a few years ago, where women from all over the world individually agree to a big payout for taking a chance to not be the last one. The last one becomes a whore for the state of san unknown small foreign country for many years.
There were a half dozen rounds where half of the women remaining in each cycle are eliminated, take their contractual winnings, and go home The loser becomes a state-owned whore that makes millions for the state, and is marketed as an available whore for sale.
