Seriously, I've been missing for a few months now.. and I know it was right after I came back, lol. I do apologize. I love this place, and wish I could spend more time on here. But, there's not much time to check my email let alone anything else, lol.

Let's see...
My honey and I are still ridiculously happy, which is a great thing.
Everyone in my family is doing pretty well.
And, I have a new job! (Well, its a new old job, lol.)
I quit McD's, and went back to doing hair. Hooray! I have a real job again.
Just in the past week I've been happier than I've been in a long time.
It's really nice to come home and not be stressed to the max.

Hmm, I think that's about it.. Just wanted to stop in and let people know how I'm doing... in case anyone cared, lol. If not, sorry ya opened your peepers.

So what's going on with you guys? Anything new and exciting?
Have I missed much? lol.

Zoot called for site-wide recognition of 'hippies in denial' a faith based sect for those that actually remember the 60's.

Politics returned once more to the most boring topic on earth. (but not Pluto where it is high art)

Scheherezade finally admitted that she cut and pastes her name every time she has to use it because she is Welsh and there are far too many vowels in her name.

CharleyH confessed that she is a cross dressing guy that loves smoking 'Marlboro lite' from a 13" holder, or failing that, someone else's fingers.

SheReads is dyslexic and initially entered her nic as 'Shear ads" indicating her luxuriant excesses whereby her Tivo records only these messages from our sponsors.

Hmmnmm changed his name by deed poll to Hmmmnm.

I've been having a self-pampering night.
(My honey is at work, so I'm being all girly, lol.)

I stopped here at my mom's house, and she's got it almost completely decorated for Christmas. I went down and was watching a re-run of the CMA's, and kind of got lost in thought.
She brought me in a cup of hot chocolate, and flipped off the overhead lights. So I sat there, thinking, drinking my hot chocolate, admiring the lights and the peacefulness of it all.
'Tis the season I suppose.

I'm very thankful for the health of my family and friends.
I'm thankful for the happiness and peace I feel, at home and at work.
I'm happy that I'm living in sin with my boyfriend/unoffical fiance. (Sounds romantic doesn't it? LOL)
Seriously though, I'm thankful for the love I feel from my sweetheart, and am extra grateful he makes me feel loved and precious every day, more than once.
I'm thankful that on Thanksgiving, my family gathered, that there was no fighting, and that even though my Great-Grandma is gone, that we can still gather and pick up where we left off.

And I want world peace. LOL. Just kidding.
I didn't mean to get so deep, but I've been having a lot of.. new feelings and different emotions lately. (No, I'm not pregnant, LOL.)

I was on my way to work the other day, listening to 'Sleigh Ride', and started crying.
"There's a happy feeling nothing in the world can buy... (as we pass around the coffee and the Pumpkin pie).."
I don't need the coffee nor the pie. I'm just happy. I feel warmth radiating from inside my chest. (No, my blood pressure isn't up, hehe.)

I'm looking forward to small things.
My sweetie and I were talking the other night, and the conversation went as follows:
Me: "Will you play in the snow with me, once we get some?"
Him: *Nods* "We'll have a snowball fight."
Me: "No, I'm a girl. I want to make snow angels."
Him: "You can do that, and I'll make the snowman."
Me: "Then can we come in and make hot chocolate?"
Him: "If you want."
Me: "I do. And sugar cookies."
Him: "You're on your own with that one. I'll eat 'em though."
Me: "Why are you smirking at me?"

I'm content at home. With him of course, lol.
I look forward to us getting snowed in together. I look forward to going to our family's houses on Christmas eve/day, having a holiday and quality time together.

Anyhow, I don't know why I felt the need to ramble. I haven't had time to write anything at all lately, so I guess I'm using this as an outlet. Probably because I feel at home here.
