A young woman gets hired at a company, her mentor/boss is an older man. They get along great, he is almost like a second father. He takes her to a conference, where he introduces her to an old friend of his, another 'boss man' and she is smitten. He is smart, accomplished, sophisticated, and interesting...everything guys her age aren't. By the time the next conference rolls around, she is set on seeing if he is interested in her.

They hit it off. After dinner and a moonlight stroll, he invites her to his room and she readily agrees. They go up in the elevator, getting giddy like schoolkids. As they turn the corner to his room, they run into her boss, getting ready to enter his room, next door. He, despite being married, also has a woman on his arm.

I assume the "young woman" is Mindy and her boss is Adam. Is Mindy married? Is everyone?(Except maybe Nick's escort, and maybe her also.) Do their adjacent rooms share a connecting door? Does everyone swap bed partners and maybe end up in one bed? When they emerge in the morning, does a Christian Fundamentalist activist run up to them, shouting, "Leviticus 20:10! Adulterers shall be put to death!" and waving a bayonet? Does hotel security save them?

I had a similar story idea, but with a bit of a twist. The innocent woman that gets hired is urged to date the second corporate executive, and in the morning after pleasing him immensely by unbridled sex, her boss hands her a huge wad of company stocks for her effort.

She had no way to know, but the company pays management such as her to please their high end clients to secure contracts. Smitten with not only the secrecy of it all, but the wonderful sex, she indulges in her spin-off career as a "corporate whore".

After a few years she meets a man of her dreams, marries and settles down to a normal life, until it catches up with her 5 years later. Kidnapped by a high end power executive that is smitten with her, he secrets her off to a far off locale. There she reluctantly unites with the man under slight duress, all the while her husband is hunting for her, only to find out about his wife's former career, as well as where she is and saves her gallantly from her oppressor.
