Marines

I was in the Marines from 2000 - 2006 and the time before 9/11 was spent training in jungles and woods.

Pantyhose was a good way to keep the ticks and little buggers from getting in your legs and crotch. We wore those under the BDUs and had very few issues with biting bugs.

Saying that, sad to say, they never got me sexually. I didn't put them on and think, "oooh, nice!" and I'm a tactile guy.

Such a shame.

We were told--, and we found out it was true, that nylons could help keep your legs from freezing under fatigue pants. They were so much better than the cold weather under-clothing that they gave us that we discarded the cold weather underwear.
