I am glad to hear your dad is better now e2c. You are right though, its pretty sad that grand-parents have to feel on guard with their own grand-children. Is this touch right? Is that touch wrong? Will they think it is a bad touch if I tickle them this way...that way...Here there, where exactly is safe to touch?

I think my own step-dad thought of all these things once he knew what his father did to me. It devastated him of course, but he is dealing with it fine now. He has always been great with my girls, who are young teens now. I never had any reason to worry or fear of him touching them wrong. For that I am glad...

Damn, I bet you are confused!!!!

*OMG!!!!* Shit, I screwed up! Damn, you can imagine my surprise when I found out I posted this as a topic instead of a reply, to my sexual abuse thread. I thought I was seeing things when hehehe... came up as a thread topic. I was going to simply delete my message, but I know the topic title stays as is. I had no idea what I could write that would go with hehehe... so I just left it alone. I thought it best to face the music and make this into a more meaningful post. God, what a dip I am...excuse me while I crawl into a hole and never come out! Aaaarrrgggghhhh!

Oh by the way, I am no longer shy...only extremely embarrassed...

Hmmm, can we make the best of a funny situation? Talk to me. I am no longer shy remember? Teas on, Earl Grey anyone?

My first thought was; how the hell can I fix this and still sound like the intelligent person that I am.

I know, lets make this a brand new topic!

Has anyone ever hit start new thread instead of post reply by accident? Come on, I cannot be the only one that has done this, can I? *gulp* I can't even express how stupid I felt when I realized my blunder...and to top it all off, the subject of my thread is hehehehe...how embarassing!

Well if no one has done this before, please know that it can easily happen...hehehehe Hugs Kat :D

If I were you I'd edit the first post and replace the text with that of a funny joke thus making the topic of your thread relevant. You will then need to do something similar with the second post. If you do that I will then have to edit my post to something like: "OMG, that's the funniest thing I ever heard!"
Whaddayathink?

Hey Flagg, good suggestions! I do however think I will leave my post as is. Perhaps the topic hehehe... will be relevant in the end. As you can see, what I did is very funny to say the least! hehehe...

Besides for my new topic to be relevant, my mistake has to stay as is. I would indeed like to know if anyone else has ever hit the wrong button before submitting their reply.

Hugs Kat :)

I haven't done that (yet!) kat, which, by the by, was hilarious.
But I have on occasion e-mailed people after, shall we say, drinking a tad too much of the spirits. Going back and reading what I wrote (and not being able to "unsend" is often both extremely funny and extremely scary!
So different faus pax, same shocked look on face!

And um I get confused when I read them one after the other.... please tell me there isn't another one masquerading as a new thread!!

Better post and retrieved than not posted at all
