Bloody awesome if it did.some experts are going so far as to name Lourenço Marques as the point of origin.

Some theorists are suggesting 7th January 1899 in what is now Maputo in Mozambique as an alternative venue, but with a very speciific date.

Yea the brits have a top quality metal scene even if it's not quite as big as the M'urican/Nordic one.

Cradle of Filth gets my vote. Their cover of Maiden's Hallowed be thy name, is one of their best IMO.

I'm an old school metal head as well, I love King Diamond, saw him a few months ago in Boston, he did the entire Abigail album with an awesome stage show, over sixty and does not miss a note
