Got the results of the second ANA test this morning - normal, thanks be...

Not sure how many of you I told - the high ANA indicated auto-immune disease, in additon to everything else  Looks like it was a rogue result.

They plan to kick me off on 400mg Doxycycline + 1200 mg Ibruprofen for next 4 weeks to try once again to treat the Lyme. That's a much reduced dose from the first treatment that put me in hospital, but still 4 times a normal dose.

I'm going to consult my homeopath first, and take some remedies to prepare my body this time around. Keep you posted.

Ugh...I'll never whine about a cold again. Take care of yourself.

If I could do cartwheels, I'd be doing them now.

Wonderful news, Neon.

Consider yourself soundly hugged.

Now......wanna come over here and help me with job applications, and the finctional part which says why I want to work for this organisation/company/service provider??

I HATE that part of the application.

i hug you tight!
:rose::heart:
its about time you've had some good news re: health.

Neon,

The question is, which will go first, the Lyme disease or your stomach lining.

Take care of yourself and thanks for the sharing the good news.

Rumple Foreskin

Thanks folks - I'm delighted, naturally. I'd have hated to have to impart more bad news, you reach the point where you don't want to inflict it upon others.

Mat's - your a fiction writer :D Be creative!

Rumps - I'm getting advice from the homeopath that lots of yogurt will help with the stomach lining, and we have thing over here in P. that loads the gut with billions of active 'digestive beasties', might help offset the antibiotic.

Great news neon. Now you just need to do something about the hair on the back of your head standing up like that and all your worries will be over, right?
