Welcome to this weekend’s edition of the Andra_Jenny show. This is a show that highlights the tactics of the board’s leftists and this week we want to discuss hypocrisy and board relations and we will highlight the actions of some of our prominent conservative bashers!

First, for Todd, the artist formally known as bobtoad777, we have seen the attacks by Lavender. Let me again remind you Todd that the Leftists go strictly by this playbook:

1). State your case, listen (look at me, I mean read!) to the responses then
2). Agree wholeheartedly with similar enlightened viewpoints and pat themselves on the back and then begin to personally and relentless trash anyone who begs to differ in an effort to discredit that person and hence the argument without ever having to deal with the argument.

In other words, they use language not of the nature which says, “Look here, I find that argument insane,” but rather language of a nature which says, “Look here, I find you insane.”

They then proceed to tell whomever that they are unworthy of being talked to and then just ignore (or pretend to ignore until they think they have a witty flame to display for their friends of the left on the board) any further comment or idea. Then step

3). Now having considered that argument won, they move on to use it elsewhere in any thread they so choose.

So Todd, if God is on your side, then you should have the strength of conviction to carry on, so I say carry on dude!

But let us examine why Todd posts everything from the Boortz show instead of offering his own ideas? Probably because when he tried to offer his own opinion, the enlightened left made him feel inferior, insignificant, unable to participate, written off as insane, stupid, or whatever by the enlightened, witty, clever leftists of the board.

So Boortz, becomes a shield. Here are the ideas of someone whom a lot of people believe in and that can be proved by the numbers of followers he has attracted and grown with his Libertarian ideas. Instead of being the enlightened left, the party of empathy, the party that stands for those who would be victimized by society for their shortcomings, they are the vicious elitists of the board. People like Lavendar, Closet Desire, Celeste the Body, CrystalHunting, and now Dixon Carter Lee, who I have just taken down of his pedestal, are unwilling to display any patience, are unwilling to try and teach, and are unwilling to become mentors and realize that changing someone to your views is a long and difficult process. This makes them very small people who behave in ways and methods that they ascribe to conservatives, e.g., Todd and AJ.

So I wanted to get a look into some of these brilliant, shining lights of the left and lo and behold what do I discover? That many of them are not contributing members of the board, that is to say, they have no vested interest in the process, rather like the Democrat constituent who basically pays no taxes.

Now consider me, the mean, stupid, idiot, and virtual-world living conservative. I have been contributing stories almost from the first, a lot longer than I have been coming onto this discussion board. My stories are gut-wrenching auto-biographical works that I produced as art, my art, and shared, for free with the whole world. My latest story, Space, for example, (which has been already picked up for use elsewhere) deals with my and my Indian grandfather’s fatalism about life and the end of his/our race (but of course I stand accused of not knowing what I am talking about). For him it was the tribe, for me it is that and my own personal experience, that of being given the last rites at the age of eight due to high, unrelenting fevers, that finally did break, but left me sterile. So I emoted, bled and shared in the name of art always giving freely and without hesitation because I believe in what Laurel is doing here. I will also point out that whenever solicited for my work, I give it for free with the caveat that they credit Literotica. You see, I think that if my art has merit, eventually someone will commission me as an artist to produce new art.

Having said that, I went to get into Lavender’s mind to see what art this wit has produced to share with us, to enrich the board. Well, there is nothing there, same with almost everyone except for my former hero DCL who has shared many well-crafted whack-off stories, but probably not an attempt at art. Well, Closet Desire, the enlightened board leftist who wants to claim to be a scientist, but is rather a writer in the touchy-feely world of psychology, does have a story out, again, I will give him his due, it is a well crafted whack-off piece that hardly rises to the level of art, and is in fact, a teaser to sell his book! Closet Desire does not wish to share with the board, rather, he wishes to take something from the board.

Yes, Andra_Jenny readers, one of our most virulent Leftists is using this board to shill his work, push his porn, to hype himself to make a buck off Laurel and Manu. This person has no intention of sharing art. This person starts shit and do everything he can to make himself appear to be a superior being, i.e., he knows more about everybody on every subject and it is all just a pathetic cry for attention because after-all,

Bad Press is just as good as Good Press. He just wants you to pick his link, he has no real vested interest in this board or any number of porn sites that he hands out on all day because he want to use his fellow Literoticans to become a professional pornographer!

Be nice. Talk politely to everyone on the board. Try to find common ground. Try to teach. Try to enlighten or just truly ignore. Try getting off the fucking stick, and try writing a story. Honest to god, real art will give you a better outlook on life. And remember, If you do not play nice, I will come across the playground and kick your ass, and I am willing to submit, that Laurel may rather allow that since I do care a whole bunch about this website and this board.

but considering where it is at and the angle that the sun's rays hit it, it probably has to get a lot bigger to really let a lot of rays in it, think about it and were the earth is at perigee and apogee and where the hole is pointed, just think about it.

I have been reading the personal attacks and it dismays me that in a country where freedom of speech is cherished that so many choose to waste that precious privilege for such a demeaning purpose.

Don't misunderstand... there is hateful sentiment from both the left and the right and try as I might, I can find no useful reason for the vilification of someone simply because their views happen to differ from my own.

I disagree with the Bush administration's policies. My right as a free citizen of the United States allows me to openly voice my opinions without fear that someone will break down my door in the middle of the night or incarcerate me because I have a difference of opinion with whomever happens to be in charge at the moment.

There are still too many places in the world where such occurrences are a daily hazard.Where to speak your mind aloud can buy you a lifetime of pain.

Animated debate is the lifeblood of a free society that enjoys the blessing of a free press and whatever you happen to think about the media, the point I am trying to make is... disagreement is healthy. Disagreement is the challenge and intellectual discussion is the logical result.

Even if in the end neither side has convinced the other to modify their stands or alter their opinions, the very act of communicating is the message.

Hate posts do not express an opinion, they merely generates more of the same; like a virus that replicates itself mindlessly. What separates us from the animals is the ability to reason; to think and to use language. Words.

So I leave you with this one: Moderation. It means: Restraint. Stability. Lenience. Mildness. Non-violence. A word like that could change the world, don't you agree?

Lavender. Again, I repeat, it is only a tactic. People dumped on me as a tactic to censor my thoughts and opinions, outlandish as they may be. I have been with true mentors and I have been around smart-ass know-it-alls, and I can tell the difference.

Lavender, I think you are wrong. If you just tell a story, you have wit and skills and the ability to convey thoughts.. Conveying emotion is just the next step. I really urge you to do it. For me, it promoted all sorts of inner healing and coming to grips with who I really am, not just as a sentient being, but as a sexual being.

I just returned from holiday in the US and expected to find some grand revelations by AJ. Imagine my disappointment to learn that AJ finally figured out how to click on web links and read profiles and then "reveal" these to the gentle readers of Lit. Of course, even when it's this simple AJ has some trouble with simple truth.

The profile and information on our web site is accurate and truthful...why else would we use our real names? I think there are very few on Lit who post their real names (for good reason), but we're quite comfortable with it.

I am not a writer in the field of psychology...that would be my partner. She is one of the senior psychologists in the UK and is frequently quoted and interviewed in the London Times and by magazines such as Cosmpolitan, She, Good Housekeeping, et. al. If you're in the UK you can catch her later this month with Germaine Greer on ITV's documentary "Changing Faces". Of course, she must be an elitist since she is a socialist, a feminist, and an academic. She is one of three women to enjoy the distinction of being on the UK Men's Movement's "hit list", an honour she shares with Germaine Greer and Glenda Jackson. A couple of other elitists I suppose.

Peddling "porn" to make a buck off Laurel and Manu? Get a life. Lit is a wonderful place to share erotica with others of a like mind, but in the grand scheme of things it is a pretty obscure site visited by people who do not buy books. With promotions in magazines like Forum and For Women as well as listings with all the major booksellers in the US, UK, France, and Germany Literotica doesn't really figure too highly in our marketing plans. In fact, it could be argued that it's the other way around since Literotica is rather prominently promoted in our books and has usually been listed in the Links on our web site.

As for my contributions I'm afraid I'm in the same predicament as some other published writers on Lit. Our contracts prevent us from publishing books which include stories that have been published on the web. Many of us choose a loop hole that does allow us to publish stories in the role playing areas (where you will find several dozen of our contributions). Many of us do prefer to publish in "real" books for personal and/or professional reasons. This is not a slight to Laurel and Manu's excellent site, but a fact of life.

Do we look for talent on Literotica? Absolutely and without excuses. There are many writers on Lit who want to move on and publish in the real world. Getting that first piece published in a legitimate book is a real challenge as the first question most publishers and agents ask is "what have you previously published?" When you say "nothing" they don't even bother to say goodbye. Closet Desire II includes stories from several Lit members who are exceptionally talented and who were "over the moon" to see their stories...and names...in print. Do we get "rich" off their work? Not hardly. Our last royalty check didn't even cover the "free copies" the writers received. In fact, it barely covered the postage. I would argue that this is "giving back" in a very unselfish way.

I usually consider the porn versus erotica debate a ridiculous one, but for the record our publisher (a subsidiary of Barnes and Noble) explicitly does not publish porn and each of our books is screened by a senior editor to ensure it meets their criteria. Forum also agreed that it is erotica and not porn...unless you are a nun.

If I don't write on psychology what do I write on? Well, if you're into novels there's Emily's Vengeance, Diary of an Affair, and Hacked Off. If you're into non-fiction you can try such racy titles as Le Petit Mort (Ohio State University), The Myth of Documentation (Transactions, UK), 150 Years of Literary Dominance (Maney Publishing), Analysis of TMI (Science), et al. Perhaps documentaries are more your style? American Dishonor is due for release immediately upon the conclusion of the trial of a high ranking internal affairs officer (with his full cooperation). Need to have the ending don't we?

For the record AJ, I hold degrees in both science and arts; I'm a registered Republican; and I served ten years as a nuclear engineer under Admiral Rickover before being medically retired for injuries received during deployment. Nope, not a scientist, but a pretty good background for a "pornster".

Your major beef seems to be that I won't buy an airline ticket and fly twenty hours round trip to whatever backwater hole you live in and duke it out with you. If you are anything in real life like you are here then I imagine there's a waiting list for people wanting to kick your ass. Perhaps you should shop locally. Then again, if you're like most people who pick fights from 6,000 miles away you probably can't beat your way out of a wet paper bag.
