I didn't run from the forum. If you check my posts you'd see I was quite open about selling my house and was in the process of doing so. I was also very clear in my intention to move to another state as soon as I completed the sale, which took place towards the end of last year. It took several months of time to complete my move, rearrange my business, and make my other property suitable for permanent residence. I'm still working on it as we speak.

Now all I have to do is make a little more room here for all of my crap.
