Uh-oh. Mr. Pinochet is in trouble for money-laundering, and his fan club appears shaken. According to an article in yesterday's Miami Herald, there's a loyal following of Pinochet supporters who weren't particularly rattled by evidence that he disappeared somewhere between 3,000 and 10,000 dissidents, but are shocked by allegations that his millions in U.S. banks might not be simply "the result of a lifetime of work," as the general maintains.
