not sure where this idea goes beyond the basic concept, which is of a young man who has always loved the girl next door. Through high school, she was studious, never dated, though she was a cheerleader and a lifeguard, and grew up blonde and buxom. After freshman year away at separate colleges, he is sad to hear she is bringing her boyfriend home from school to meet her folks. Except it turns out he was misinformed - it's a girl she brings home, and she comes out as a lesbian.

This would make a fine romantic tragedy or comedy depanding of how you wanted to play it out. As to erotica, I would suspect you need to toy with the cliche doubt in her mind, the willingness to try a boy just once, etc. As easy as it would be to go to the obvious, I would tell it more about her trust of her friend, how she and he have a very awkward first time together and make the sex riddled with confusion. In the end I would keep her as she is is. And him forever haunted by the hope that maybe she could change. Old school romance, the one that both got away and never was to be.

if you want to wander along the incest trail, sure. My OP version assumed a galpal from her school, coming to visit, and bold enough not to play make believe that they are just pals.
