Hey just cause she played a cheerleader on TV does not mean she is a slut.

Heck just being a cheerleader does not make someone a slut, look at me.... Well Ok never mind I am a slut, just selective now.

The problem lays in how to do a beleiveable story, i mean she is only 18 so can't reall meet in a bar, or have her pass out into your arms.... Dangit yes you can stupid celebrities and bars ignoring age cause they are famous.

Excuse me I think I better go sulk cause I have no footing for a rant.

Though dangit could somebody actually do a romantic celebrity story for once insted of the really old and boneheaded I passed her on the street she stared into my eyes and whispered in my ear fuck me hard and leave me.

See, what I'm wondering is, is the fact that she's legal mean its now okay to do fanfics with her character on Heroes, although Claire isn't?

Hmmmm I kinda think no, since your talking about a character and not a person. Character's don't age, see Bart Simpson. People do, look in the mirror.

However, this is not to say you could not say, take her and cast her as a cheerleader in a new movie and then say for whatever reason have sex with her in a cheerleader outfit.
