Todd, unless her doctor has warned her not to engage in certain acts, she should be fine. At that early stage in her pregnancy, you probably can't tell she's pregnant anyway. There is probably a lot more lubrication, at least there was with me, but being a virgin, I doubt you'd notice. And hey, all that extra lube makes anal a breeze!
