Having Eradicated Rape and Stopped School Shootings, Texas Focuses On....Sidewalk Chalk?

Here in Texas, where Governor Greg "Hotwheels Hitler" Abbott has eradicated "rape" from the lawbooks with a stroke of his pen, and where police no longer feel the need to get involved with school shootings ("shit happens, we have to move on, m'kay?") law enforcement is focusing on the REAL criminals: sidewalk chalk artists.

Texas law defines "graffitti" as permanently marking up a structure with a substance that will not wash off, and law enforcement with their shall we say "HisArpy-esque views of science" have decided that chalk on a sidewalk is *gasp* in fact permanent!

No word yet if they will prosecute little Susy for making hopscotch lines on the sidewalk in front of her house, but three adult men, all "thugs" (*wink *wink *nudge) have been put into custody for chalk-related sidewalk offenses this week.
