This is a term I coined. The term itself probably still requires work, but whatever.
I'm trying to describe a case like this one: You watch a sex scene in a movie or series. After the scene, you imagine that the heroine is now creampied, and during the next scenes, whatever she does/wherever she goes, you imagine sperm swimming in her. Until it is mentioned a condom was used, so your in-universe fantasy turns out to be a big lie, and you get disappointed.
To me, that has happened several times. Has it ever happened to you? If so, in which movie/series?
