Yes and no.

The thread that I started that ran the longest was concerning Roe v. Wade and it became a nightmare of the sickest, darkest kind by the end. I did not feel good about that in the least, though on the way to that dark place I learned a lot and learned plenty about my fellow posters.

You are too cool, Deev. Maybe I ought to try to see you, as well, when I do one of the weekends down in Mass. I'm up by Dover, NH instead of down by RI, but even the way the roads are in Mass you can hardly be an hour or ninety minutes from Lowell, can you?

I'm in Providence all day most days for work. Yeah, probablly 90 or so from Lowell. Or maybe 240 or so with traffic.

I know. Man, I can't believe how stinkin long it takes to progress really very small distances at the wrong time of the day or the week. True in Maine, too, but there it's usually the huge washouts in the neglected woods roads miles from any help. In Mass it's just people, in cars, getting in each other's way to an insane degree.

Tell me about it. I'd move back to Maine but there's not much work up there for a Heavy Civil construction super. (THat and the blackflies.)

Never started one.....I'm like Ann Rice's Armand, when I finally make my child it'll be huge, as in important to me, not neccessarily long.
