Yes. Just back in June. Carrying a loaded weapon in a motor vehicle and possesion of a controlled substance....long story on both of em, but the possession charge is bullshit. My name was mispelled on a prescription bottle.

Yes .. A couple of years ago for taking part in a huge bar fight involving about 25 people or so. The police that night had a "take 'em all away and ask questions later" attitude. I was let go an hour later with a warning after the police figured I was more or less defending myself and trying to pull others out of the fight.

It didn't hurt one of the officers was a regular customer of mine and knew I would never be one to start shit... just one to always find myself in the middle of it.

Almost. I was in a music shop, and, I found what I wanted, so, I had to go get my Mom,(because, she had the money, and, didn't come inside with me.) So, I'm like, "I found it." And, all of a sudden, the damn alrm went off. I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that in my happiness at finding what I wanted. So, I was like, "Oh shit." My Mom had to explain to the Security Guard that I wasn't trying to shoplift, that I was just trying to get her, so, I could pay for it. I was REALLY embarrassed.

i have - party to assault with intent.............. when I was 16 - drunk and silly - got some people to do over my ex as he was scaring me.............. learnt my lesson though when the cops rang my father and he didn't want to know about it - certainly taught me to think about consequences............. even though i hated him at the time - he did me a favour!!!!! They put me in a girls home where I had to clean and cook and peel potatoes and SHOCK HORROR - get a job!!!!!!!!

My theory is that the vast majority of us posting on this board have definitely done something for which we could have been arrested. Fortunately, many of us have not gotten caught. The interesting question is how many of us are still doing things for which we could be arrested, and tempting fate.

I was but 17 (sounds like a winger song!) and was with a coupla friends in the parking lot of the pizza place we worked at. Our manager had a hot Trans Am and theft was big in the area at the time. We drove through the parking lot - not a cop in sight mind you - and all I did was hit my hand against his car to set the alarm off and speed off - well couldn't make it to the movie theater a block away before being surrounded by cops. Almost wet myself and the two people I was with started crying!!! A gun pointed at my head - I was just pissed I got caught!!

Nothing happened - we just got taken to our manager who surprisingly didnt' fire us - or me at least for being the gang leader!!

I've never been arrested, but, I do have a misdemeanor tresspassing charge under my belt.

We snuck into a private cemetary because rumor has it that there's a witch burried there. We'd been out there several times but, the time proved unlucky for us as the Sheriff of the county came and ticketed us.

Paid the fine and the court costs and now I have a criminal record. LOL

Yes. I was 20 at the time.

The policeman and I came to a very equitable arrangement. I agreed not to be a nasty violent drunken 6'3" 250 pound powerlifter in a dark alley, and he agreed not to be the 140 pound 5'8" cop who had just shot me in self defense.

All things considered, it worked out rather well.

I visited the school, where I once had gone for many years ago, few recognized me, so...
I also did go by a place near a big manor, where I shouldn't have gone (It was not meant as crime!), and suddenly, did the alarm sound, I ran away, it was near a road, so I still wondered why nobody stopped me!

Yep . . . officially, "filing a false report to a police officer" . . . backed-up a friend who was being detained when he lied about his name, said he was David Lee Roth!!!

I got a week in county for that one.
