I write some posts, go away for a day, come back and see my name still in the right hand column as the threads fall off the end...

Does this mean that:

1) I write such awe inspiring posts which by their wit and intelligence means that nothing can be added?

2) Everybody's got bored with the thread and I was late noticing it?

3) My name gets seen and everyone thinks "Not that Arrogant British Bastard again" and passes quickly to the next thread?

4) I just bore people?

I just can't ever really get past your nick!! I mean, you've explained it as a little typing error and i understand that but... geeze... well... it just seems wrong that someone who's not going to espouse what we can delicately call "water sports" should have such a nick!

Anyway, i think if someone were to go look, you would find that i am the leader of thread death here. There's definitely those who have had more dead threads than me, but post for post, thread for thread, i bet i've killed more threads (it was going along fine until i posted to it, then it just DIED - wham! - dead as a door nail) than anyone else.

It must be a gift. One of those reverse sorts of gifts. A curse, i think they call it.

"Is there some evolutionary advantage to having such an ability", i wonder to myself in the dark of night while staring at more threads i've killed in singlehanded combat.

lol my threads go down a helluva lot faster than most!

I did a whole rant on it a while back as well. I got some friends since but my threads still go down pretty darn fast. Its all about who ya know and who knows you and wants to read what you have to say. you get good with the people in here and youll have stalkers around every corner.
