Okay...I absolutely refuse to waste time in futility. My day was way too perfect for that. However, if I chance a self-reflection...

Have I ever misquoted or quoted someone out of context? no
Have I ever been misquoted or quoted out of context? don't know

Have I misinterpreted a post? yes
Have any of my posts ever been misinterpreted? yes

Have I made it aware I may be misinterpreting a post or at least apologized? yes

Has anybody read what they wanted to see in my posts, falsely? yes

I could go on...but why? Assumption is a dangerous thing, given the absence of body language, vocal tone and mannerisms.

And JBJ, who knew you had a sense of humor?! *Wondering if I've been missing anything good; habitual headline and skim reader here.*

Too bad the "How To" contest has been abandoned. Blending ignorance with arrogance would make an interesting topic, with plenty of good examples to choose from. The cry of the townhall protesters comes to mind: "Keep your government hands off my Medicare!"
