In theory one would think so...
Of course, as pale pale skinned one I doubt I'd have a very good time there, but it would be nice to be warm.
I had to stand in the shower with the spray on my feet for a full minute today to warm them up.

Brioche, you can just sit under the palm trees, or in a beergarden and appreciate the view. Its a great way to spend an afternoon, if you dont want to get sand in your knickers.

Oh, I don't mind sand in my knickers, I mind impersonating a lobster. I do not tan. A trip to a theme park necessitates 60-70 SPF sunblock.

Set me up a big towel and a golf umbrella and I'd be happy as a clam. I'd snooze on the beach and drink girly drinks and swim, too. As long as it was safe. Don't you have man o' war there?

Even better: one of those lounge chairs with the umbrella attached.

A woman after my own heart. I refuse to go near the ocean. Well, that's not true, I'll look for shells, but I won't go in water I can't see through. God knows what's in there.

Although, I don't burn. I freckle. Everywhere. I like to go to the beach, slather up with sunblock, sit on a blanket and breathe in the nice clean air. The beach is one of the few places I can breathe without coughing or sneezing.

Ah, I spent my Oz Day in snowy walks exploring ancient history...very different to the usual ones I had in Oz....and topped it off with news F has passed a big exam he did beginning of December, and which elevates him a few more notches career wise, so we went to dinner to celebrate that.
