Forgive me if I'm getting ahead of myself here, but since you mentioned that the cop was part of a K9 Unit I was wondering if you were looking for bestiality. If so, try here. Since this section doesn't get updated often enough, I think several authors are discouraged to "try" to add more now. (Me being one of them.) But, if you don't find what you're looking for there others may be willing to give it a go.

... my reaction was that the dog would keep one of the couple under control while the cop had her wicked way with the other, under the threat of the dog biting the other.

Just possibly a swap at half time, though I can't see the girlfriend worrying too much about her bloke, especially if he had already been unfaithful with the cop. This was put in to stir the thread up a bit.
