I've been in the air over Nebraska. It's what they call a flyover state.

When I drove through it I did not stop to eat at a Runza, since I didn't know it exists. If I make another cross country trip, I would probably take another route north of Nebraska to cross the mountains at lower elevation.

I rode through Nebraska in 2004 on my way to Sturgis, South Dakota. I used back roads that were bumpy. I passed several feed lots that stunk like high heaven. I stayed a night in North Platte.
