Has anyone read this book?

While spending some time at the beach with the girls, I ended up reading (compliments of a fellow friend) :I Was a Teenage Dominatrix by Shawna Kenney. I was quite intrigued and wondered if I could ever one day get the guts to do that.
Any suggestions on how shy, nice girls could pull that off? I admit I get a lil' bossy when I wear red high heels......
