Well I'd like to know too. Perhaps its a blow job misunderstood. However, I do remember reading in some digest of sex accidents, a few years ago, about some guy who presented himself in Casualty with a burst foreskin. He'd been blowing it up with an air-bed pump.

It just struck me that with our diversity in Lit. someone might know. There is a lot of expertise here.
