The trial was unfair because the prosecution had too many witnesses who testified that the rapist who was on trial for rape had also raped them. We can't have that! But it's OK, he also has a 16 year sentence in California to look forward to.

It all comes down to more pay-days for attorneys, and no lawyer is going to vote down those.

Yes, he isn't free. He is serving time in California for that crime. Only the NY case is affected.

The California conviction is being appealed as well - and on similar grounds…



To make things even more interesting - the attorney representing that disgusting pig is the same one that got the Bill Cosby conviction overturned…



On a more positive note, from what I heard on a news report, California’s laws are a bit clearer on this type of case - and not to the disgusting pig’s advantage.

They say his mansions were rigged with complete security camera coverage and that he had tons of video that could incriminate politicians and the Hollywood elite dozens of whom had participated in his wild drug and sex-crazed parties.
