Those monies will go to any one of a number of institutions that have highly qualified researchers and that do not, and probably never did, buy into the DEI bull shit. Those senior researchers at the DEI polluted institutions will jump ship and follow the money not willing to fall on the DEI sword of 'virtue' for the policies of a group of shit for brains administrators. I don't think so. That's social Darwinism. The poor man has to suffer. One of the most misunderstood scientists in recent history.
I believe that if you organise a state well and securely, it can stand it if there are stronger and weaker ones. Moreover, I know from experience that the weakness of one is often the strength of the other and vice versa.
Unfortunately, one particular state is so poorly organised that it obviously cannot withstand the antics of these madmen.
