I found it if anyone wants to know The problem when I searched for it was that I thought it was with an "s" when it was actually with a "z"

here is what I found out...
Hartz
Haygood Shopping Center
1049 Independence Blvd.
Virginia Beach, VA

It is close to bayside hospital on Independence.. if you are going towards norfolk it is on the left and Bayside is past it on the right.

So if anyone is looking to get something together there on a Sat. please let me know
