There will be a repeat of the Hedliners and Legends episode on Harry Potter Sunday 25 Nov at 7 PM (Not Saturday as I posted on another thread.) Check your local listings for the time on your local MSNBC-TV feed.

There is a LOT of good background information and a chance to ogle J.K. Rowlings. (She's not someone I'd kick out of bed unless there was more room on the floor. )

Some very good background information and a good overview of the whole phenomenon.

Also a ray of hope for all of the struggling authors in the world -- in 1994, while finishing the first volume, J. K. Rowlings was a divirced, jobless single mother living on public assistance in Galsgow Scotland. Today she is the second richest woman in England! (Only the Queen is richer.)

Now all I have to do is come up with something as infectious as Harry Potter (and clean up my dirty mind for public consumption. )
