Happy Turkey Day

Just want to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone as I might not be on again till tonight. Going to spend the day with my family as we have our usual thanksgiving meal together. This is one of those occasions where just about everyone in my family gets together every year and I'm looking forword to the day.

So what are you guys(and girls as that gender thing might be lol)going to be doing today for Thanksgiving? The usual get together with the ones you love, or something else that has become a tradition to you?

Well until I get on later tonight, take care everyone and god bless you all. And try not to eat to much of that dang turkey. Remember what they say: You are what you eat.

Well, I'm starting my day like any other...checking e-mail, checking the board, ICQ, blah blah blah...

In a little while, I am going to start baking. I have some cookie recipes that I'm dying to try out. I also have to bring rolls to dinner, so I'll have to squeeze them in somewhere. I am going to make homemade salsa as well. No cooking involved there, which will be a nice break.

Then, we will be having dinner around 1:00. My mom has to work, so we are having it early this year.

And of course, football at 3.

I think I'll start drinking around noon...that way I can actually get through the day...LOL...I found a great recipe for a drink that I'm going to try today...it's more of a Christmasy drink...but it does say something about "cold days" in the directions, and it's pretty damn cold here.

Happy Thanksgiving. We will spend the afternoon with my sweetie's family, turkey & all the traditional trimmings. No cooking for me this year, maybe next year. I hope everyone has a great day with family & friends.

Happy Thanksgiving

I'm spending the day with family and friends, and I get to cook for them all, I just hope a huge fight doesn't break out as it usually does. I'm trying to keep the peace this year, and damn it I will!
