Well, we all know nothing is more popular on literotica than moms:D

But for today let's celebrate all the moms here not for being fodder for stories of misplaced taboo lust, but for the amazingly strong, selfless, loving and beautiful women who have spent their livesdealing with our bullshit and loving us anyway. I just turned fifty and last week went to my mother for some advice that I should have sought months ago.

After the conversation she asked why I waited so long and I told her at my age I shoudl be able to figure things out on my own. I'm not a kid.

here reply was you're not a kid, but you'll always be my kid and I'll always be your mother....who knows way more about you than you ever will. :D

Happy Mother's Day Ladies.:rose:

As a nonverbal autistic what doesn't think too much about consequences, I has to praise my Mom. She fought the docs what said girls can't be autistic and I was just a retard. She fought the docs what said I was deaf just cause I can't understand words what is spoke. She taught me to read and write as I lost my ability to make words or understand them even while fighting docs that said it wasn't worth the time/effort (I gots stupid high BP and is always 'about to die'). Mom is always there for me, even many years after turning over guardianship to nother peoples for good reasons.
Happy Mother's Day to all the good Moms and especially mine!

Your mother is an amazing woman. Seriously, wow. And that post is proof all her loving effort was worth it because you're putting a lot of words down for someone who was told she couldn't

You're an inspiration.

As a single parent, I was touched when my kids got me a mother’s day card that said, “Happy Mother’s Day, daddy. You may not be our mom, but you’ll do until one steps up to the plate to take your place.”

God, bless ‘em. Yeah, I shed some tears, but at least I’m man enough to be both mom and dad to my kids when no one else is willing

How did I miss this thread?

I'm tempted to show this one to mom!

Seriously ladies. I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day.:rose::rose::rose:

you're not a kid, but you'll always be my kid

My mother died when I was 40, my dad had died a few years before. When I got to my mid twenties I told her, because money wasn’t plentiful, not to buy me any birthday presents in future. I said I would like a birthday card and at Christmas she could send us a card but not to buy anything. We would spoil her because we wanted to do. On my next birthday I received a card and a £1 coin. I received a £1 coin every birthday until she died. She knew it wasn’t the present that counted it was the thought behind it.

Funny the little things that you remember and cherish.
