Don't know about latkes but as a good Lutheran, I have a deep regard for lefse (however it's spelled). Hmmm, potato tortillas with butter and cinnamon sugar. Wowsers.

Lots of good kids shows rolling into town for the young kids. My older daughter just had her first all night clubbing experience last night (that I know of).

My young boy doesn't know about Rudolph, Jingle Bells, and Frosty, but does know about driedels and Maccabees. Life is bliss.

I always get 'em wrong. They're either under-done in the middle, or oily and soggy
