It's Good Friday.

Oh but I had forget about that.... but if I remembered correctly we can eat anything except meat? Is chicken meat? or pizza?

No meat at all. This is why my father loves Good Friday. It's a great excuse for trout almondine.

I forget the rules and they keep changing them all the time. Jesus loves me anyway and knows my heart is in the right place. This is all that matters, if you ask me. Well, yes, actions do count for something, but we aren't talking about murder or killing- we are talking about dogma.

I am addicted to food. Heh. I do love my sushi and have a sushi bar within walking distance! I have never tried making it myself, but I had a roomie who was a chef (very nuveaux) who learned to make it.

I saw an excellent book at barnse & nobles on how to make it.

It is really easy. Hubby never cook before (the word cook look a lot like cock, strange? is this why great chef are male?) and now HE CAN DO SUSHI!!!!! it is quite a achievement I tell you (hope he wont read that ). And when you invite poeple home it look niceto say Hey guys I've made Sushi for dinner..... très "in".
