Thanks- well, it had elements of truth to it, but it is a fictional story. Now, if I could finish the stories that really ARE true, that would be something. I just can't seem to get into it though.

Well just make sure you let us all know when there done, because IMHO there is nothing better than a "true" story... fiction is and can be great, but reality... something hornier about "knowing" that this has really happened!

I went to a Halloween party lastnight and played bartender for a while, which was fun. Then I was, uh, pretty naughty (I won't go into detail though). It definitely kept my mind off of more serious matters going on in my life.


The cutest thing happened yesterday: One of my students bought me a rose for my birthday. I thought it was the sweetest thing that a 6-year-old remembered. This kid has had a really tough life- his father is in jail for life, and he used to abuse the child, yet this kid still manages to remain sweet. He got all embarrassed when I wanted to give him a hug- he hid in the cubbies. It really made my day.
